IPAD
The iPAD is a line of tablet
computers designed and marketed by Apple,which runs Apple iOS computer system.Steve
jobs,head of the apple company who introduced the iPAD.The first iPAD was
released on April 3,2010.The user interface around the device is multi touch
screen,virtual keyboard,WiFi,video,camera,music,internet function,GPS
navigation and social networking etc.The App store offers more than 800,000
apps by Apple.
The Apple iPAD is an 8 by 10 inch
touchscreen tablet computer that combines the features of a smart phone,a
laptop,an iPOD and a gaming console.There are two iPAd editions – wireless and wireless with 3G;the latter makes the device
usable wherever the user has mobile access and available in capacities of 16.32
and 64gigabytes.
There are five generations of iPAD,the
first generation designed based on screen size and button placement,2nd
generation – added a dual core Apple A5 processor and VGA front facing and 720P
rear facing cameras for face time video calling.The 3rd
generation added retina display,the new
apple A5X processor with a quad core graphics processor,a 5 megapixel camera,HD
1080P video recording,voice dicatation and 4G and 4th generation
adds the apple A6X processor and replaces the 30 pin connector with all digital
lightning connector.
The iPAD mini features a reduced screen size of
7.9inches to 9.7 inches and internet
specifications as iPAD2.It also uses the new lightning connector as the iPAD4.
