             Chocolates is a processed food cultivated from the seed of tropical Theobroma cacao tree mostly in mexico,central America and northern south America.The seeds of the cacao tree have an bitter taste and must be fermented to develop the flavour.After fermentation,the beans are dried,cleaned and roasted and the shell is removed to produce cacao nibs.The nibs are then ground to a cocoa mass ,pure chocolate in a rough form.If cocoa mass is in liqueified form,it is called a chocolate liquor and it may be produced in two components cocoa butter and cocoa solids.
    
          Chocolates is the popular food types and flavours in the world.Chocolates can be made by varieties  like chocolate cookies,milk chocolates,hot chocolate and cold chocolates,beverages.              
     
        We can make chocolates in home for kids. Ingredients are 2 cups cocoa powder,3/4 cup butter,1/2cup sugar,2/3cup milk,1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup water.Take cocoa and butter in a vessel and mix until it forms as paste.Pour the water and fill the pan and then place the bowl on the top of the water.Add the chocolate paste in the bowl and then heat until hot.This mixture to be added in the vessel and mix till smooth.Then warm the milk to room temperature.Add sugar,flour and milk to the paste and stir well.Pour the mixture into molds and place it in the fridge till they become freezed.Take the pieces out and eat the chocolates.  
       
      We have health benefits of chocolates,first it’s not junk food.The dark chocolates is good for more than curing a broken heart and it has full of antioxidants and can help detoxify your body.Packed with healthy chemicals like flavonoids and theobromine,cacao is a disease killing bullet.Milk,sugar and butter is good for health and taste.Stick to healthy chocolates atleast with 70 percent of cocoa in roasted ground form.But we get benefits only we eat a small amount.Because of its high fat and sugar content,7 ounces or four dark chocolate bars,a week can taste.Doctors no longer prescribe chocolates as a cure for illness.It may be associated with overweight,causing acne,triggering migraine and diabetes.The chocolaty drink may prevent and cure an upset stomach.A face pack of melted chocolates will leave your skin velvety smooth and moisturised.
          
       If you eat high quality chocolate(luxury chocolate),you will be satisfied quickly and you get extra consumption of sugar and fat.The cheaper chocolate can harm our body easily.Chocolates has nutritional qualities such as carbohydrates,fats,vegetable proteins,potassium,magnesium,calcium,sodium.Vitamins present in chocolate include A1,B1,B2,D and E.
