real estate business is buying,selling and renting real property.The property
consisting of land and the buildings on it,along Office buildings with its natural resources
such as crops,minerals or water. Commercial property refers to buildings or land
intended to generate a profit either from capital gain or rental income.
Commercial real estate divided into
six categories –includes single tenant properties,small professional office
buildings.Industrial category ranges from smaller properties often called Flex
or R&D properties to larger office services to the very large industrial
properties.Retail or Restaurant category includes single tenant retail
buildings,small neighbourhood shopping centres,Grocery store,large anchor
store,regional and outlet malls.
Multifamily category includes
apartment complexes or high rise apartment buildings. An apartment or flat is a
self contained housing unit that occupies only a part of building.Land category
includes investment properties on undeveloped,raw,rural land in the path of
future development.Miscellaneous category include any other non residential properties.
Everybody buying flats/apartments in
India.All the banks ready to provide housing loan upto 80 – 90% at EMI in high
percentage of interest.All constructions are executed according to IS codes and
any RCC building is strong enough for atleast 75 to 100years.Nowadays,some
apartments which build less than 10 years old,having lot of cracks.But the
builders give assurity regarding the lifetime of apartments upto 100 years.Due
to blooming of IT industry some years back
had major changes in the rate of square feet starts increasing and it stills
happen.Other Middle class peoples get affected and start proceeding Private
Banks for housing loans
and pay the EMI for 20 to 30years.
