The common belief is that Italians invented the pizza around 6th

such as Asiago,provolone,ricotta,romano and parmigiano.The cheese is spreaded
on top of the pizza immediately after the sauce is layered.Toppings always included
with cheese that might be a number of different vegetables,meats or combination
of both.
